Laughter Yoga

Laughter Yoga is an invitation to bring more laughter into your life. "Yoga" means to join or unite, in this case with others in the class through laughter. Laughter Yoga is practised in thousands all around the world since it began in 1995. There are many reasons people choose to attend a laughter class with Sharyn and Niall, from releasing fears and inhibitions to promote confidence and self esteem, to getting health benefits such as a strengthened immune system, improved digestion, or reduced blood pressure. Initially we pretend to laugh together with the guidance of Sharyn and Niall and that quickly turns to genuine laughter as laughter is really contagious. You can expect a lot of playfulness and imagination and most likely to feel really light and bright afterwards. Everybody is welcome to join after all “If we couldn't laugh we would all go insane.”
