Can I have a Float and a Massage in the same day?

Absolutely, in fact this is a very popular option amongst our clients. We have Special Offers that combine Floating Session and Holistic Massage.

What do I need to bring with me?

You 'll need to bring your towel, if you forget you 'll be able to rent one form us for 2 euro , we will  provide everything else you need to float.

What position can i float?

Just experiment until you find a position that is comfortable for you.  Some people float with their hands at their sides, some with their hands folded across their chest or abdomen, or behind their heads. You can start with your arms out in a sort of + position, as this puts a bit of weight on the chest area and brings the head up slightly. There is also a pillow available to float with, if you find that having your head all the way back in the water is uncomfortable ( we don't recommend the use of the pillow as you will get more benefits from the Float without it - and you don't need it to float  )

Does Floating work for everybody?

Floating, as with other things, doesn’t suit everybody. It needs willingness on your part to let go and see what happens.We recommend that you float 3 times before you are able to relax completely, both physically and mentally. Depending on your own journey through life, a float might provide an hour of total physical relaxation – or a profound healing experience, emotionally and spiritually transforming. Floating can be a wonderful way to open the doors into your inner world, slowing allowing access to those deeper levels at which real changes take place.The use of Flotation is only limited by our imagination.

I did not remember to put in my earplugs and now it feels like I have water stuck in my ears

If you do get the salt water in your ears, the salt dries in your ear canal, and leaves you feeling pretty uncomfortable for some days after the float. The most important thing to do is rinse your ears with fresh water when you shower after the float - this will ensure that any salt is washed out of your ears before it dries. If you forget to rinse your ears and find that they are uncomfortable after the float, try a wet ear bud, alternatively the chemist can give you ear drops "swimmers solution" to remove the salt and alleviate the symptoms. Do not be concerned, the salt stuck in your ears, although uncomfortable, will not do you any damage.

Can I Float if I'm pregnant?

Yes, absolutely and up to term! Floating can be very helpful during pregnancy as it allows the strain on the back and abdominal muscles to be completely removed. Some research has even suggested that floating regularly during pregnancy can make natural childbirth easier.

I can’t swim/ I'm claustrophobic can i Float?

You don’t need to know how to swim as it is not possible to drown in the tank. Due to the density of this salt-water solution, it is impossible to accidentally turn over, and participants may safely sleep or daydream.

The depth of the solution is about 10 inches and the density of the solution is such that it will always support you, regardless of your size or weight.
The space inside the floatation tank is approximately 4 wide by 8.5 feet long, and you are in complete control and can go in, and out as you wish. You may even float with the door open if you like. Since there is an absence of sensation, space and time so it is difficult to feel claustrophobic within the tank.

How do you maintain the cleanness of the water?

The Floatation Tank is scientifically sterile .The solution is so high in saline that no living microorganism can survive in there. After each session, the entire volume of the solution is pumped out and filtered through a three part filtration and sterilization system utilizing H2O2. This is the safest and most effective system available.

You are also requested to shower before your Float.

EPSON SALT: What it is and what are its benefits?
